This is the 18+ schedule — every adult class at My Roots, from salsa and bachata to cumbia, reggaeton and rueda de casino. Intro to Latin Rhythms if you want to sample salsa, bachata, merengue and cumbia in one class; Salsa Level 1 or Bachata Level 1 if you already know which style you want. All of them assume zero experience.
Level 1 classes assume nothing. Level 2 assumes you're comfortable with the Level 1 material — usually 2–3 months of classes. 201 classes are technique-focused. When in doubt, start a level lower; instructors will move you up.
