1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services. My Roots Dance Studio is operated by My Roots LLC, based in Las Vegas, Nevada.

2. Services

Our website provides class information, online bookings, waitlists, and communications related to the studio. Schedules, instructors, pricing, and availability may change without prior notice.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

All bookings are subject to availability and class capacity.

Cancellation policy: cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the class start time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of class, or no-shows, may forfeit the class or credit, or incur a fee, at the studio's discretion.

4. Payments & Refunds

Classes, packages, and memberships are paid through our third-party payment processor.

Class packages and memberships are generally non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law. Unused, unexpired credits may be honored at the studio's discretion. Promotional offers and introductory-offer purchases may be non-refundable.

5. Minors

Classes for participants under 18 require a parent or legal guardian to register on the minor's behalf and to agree to these Terms and any required waivers or releases on the minor's behalf.

6. Text Messaging (SMS)

By opting in to text messages, you agree to receive recurring automated transactional text messages from My Roots Dance Studio, including booking confirmations, class reminders, waitlist updates, and account notifications.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help. Our SMS practices, including our non-sharing of phone numbers, are described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Conduct & Studio Rules

Participants are expected to follow posted studio rules and the instructions of studio staff. We reserve the right to refuse or end service for behavior that is unsafe, disruptive, or otherwise inconsistent with a respectful studio environment.

8. Assumption of Risk & Liability

Dance and fitness classes involve physical activity, which you undertake at your own risk. A separate signed waiver may be required to participate. You should consult a physician before beginning any new physical activity.

Our services and this website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Roots LLC and its affiliates, instructors, and staff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
